ArsovaX provides custom web design and development services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each project are agreed upon before work begins and confirmed in writing (via email or a project proposal).

3. Project Process

• Quotation. We provide a clear quote based on your requirements before starting any work.
• Payment.A deposit may be required before development begins. The remaining payment is due on project completion, unless we've agreed otherwise.
• Revisions. Unlimited revisions during development. After final delivery and sign-off, any additional changes may be billed separately.
• Timeline. We give you estimated delivery dates upfront. Delays caused by late client feedback or scope changes can push these out.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website code and design files delivered to you. We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, icons) are subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any third-party licenses that apply to your project.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, you agree to:

• Provide necessary content, images, and branding assets in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights

6. Limitation of Liability

ArsovaX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project after work has begun, payment for completed work is non-refundable. We will provide all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for informational purposes and to contact us about potential projects. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality
• Copy or reproduce our website design, code, or content without permission
